Now Serving Up Volleyball

Camps, clinics, and a co-ed league…when it comes to volleyball, Alpharetta Recreation and Parks serves up something for everyone!

Viper Volleyball Summer Camps – Experience intense learning and fun competition while focusing on individual skill techniques, coordination development activities, and team concepts. Co-ed youth camps culminate with match play and a mini-tournament.  Session 2: For ages 11-17 on July 18-22, Mon-Fri, 9AM-12PM. Cost: $90 resident, $135 non-resident.  Session 3: For ages 6-10 on August 1-3, Mon-Wed, 10AM-12PM. Cost: $36 resident, $54 non-resident.

Training for Tryouts Volleyball Clinics – Players choose specific skills to work in small groups, to prep/prime for feeder or high school tryouts. Review basic skills to advance game knowledge, gain extra ball reps, complete drills to assess and build on skill sets for serving, passing, hitting, and setting (optional). Clinics strive to build player confidence and drive to be successful at tryouts. For ages 8-17. Choose from sessions held on July 18 or 20, from 1:00-2:30PM or 2:30-4:00PM. Cost: $12 resident, $18 non-resident. Space limited.

Co-ed Fall Volleyball for Adults – NEW this season, 6-on-6 co-ed adult league for players of all skill levels! Team registration open now through August 5; season begins August 22. Games held on Monday or Wednesday at Alpharetta Community Center, 175 Roswell Street. Teams play one match per week, with matches lasting up to one hour. Adult athletic league participants must be 18 or older prior to first game of the season. Cost: $400/team, plus any non-resident fees.
