Kids Get Active With Alpharetta Recreation and Parks

Focus your child’s energy with active programs offered by Alpharetta Recreation and Parks:

Tennis blends instruction, fitness and fun for ages 4-18. Sessions begin August 21 at Wills Park and Webb Bridge Tennis Centers, or September 5 at North Park Tennis Center.

Lil’ Vibe inspires youth to be active and healthy through dance movement, fun fitness, and kid-friendly activities for ages 4-10. Sessions begin August 21 at Wills Park Recreation Center.

Gymnastics is a perfect outlet for flipping, twisting, gravity-defying balls of energy! Sessions for Gymnastics (age 2-13), Tumbling (age 5-13) or Back Handspring Clinic (age 5-13) start August 21 at Alpharetta Community Center.

Rhythm ‘n Shoes Dance keeps little ones moving and grooving! Varied program sessions begin August 21 for Recital (age 3-10) or Non-recital (age 2-5) at Alpharetta Community Center.

Instructional Sports teaches specific sports skills in a friendly, fun environment. Basketball, Soccer or Baseball (age 4-7); Flag Football or Lacrosse (age 5-8); Co-ed Basketball (age 8-14); Girls Basketball (age 8-14); High School Pre-season Prep (age 14-18). Sessions begin August 21 at Alpharetta Community Center.

Tiny Tykes (age 2) develops basic coordination skills of various sports in a fun and colorful atmosphere.

SporTykes (age 3-5) introduces basic fundamental skills to play soccer, t-ball, basketball, and football. Sessions start September 4 at Alpharetta Community Center.
