    Alpharetta Recreation & Parks offers a variety of art enrichment classes for youth, teens and adults. All art classes meet at the Crabapple Government Center, 12624 Broadwell Road. Check the online Leisure Guide for the latest information on classes and workshops.

    The Alpharetta City Pool is located at 1815 Old Milton Parkway in Wills Park. Amenities include a diving well with three diving boards, splash zone, shaded and open deck areas and a concession area provided by Alpharetta Golden Age Club.   

    The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day. Special pool events and early closings are posted at the pool.


    Fitness Programs

    Fitness programs  promote physical fitness, self-confidence, and increased flexibility and strength. Fitness classes include: Karate, Step Aerobics, Yoga and Zumba.

    Instructional Classes

    Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department offers instructional classes throughout the year for people of all ages. Participants will enjoy learning a new skill, making new friends, or sharing common interests. For more information call 678-297-6100 or email

    Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department manages 17 lighted tennis courts at three city parks: 7 at North Park, 6 at Wills Park, and 4 at Webb Bridge Park. Tennis lessons, camps, clinics, leagues, and special events are planned at these facilities for people of all ages.
