a. PH-12-06 GA 9 – LCI Study
Consideration of adoption of the Livable Centers Initiatives Hwy 9 study. The study area covers Hwy 9 from Mayfield Road in Alpharetta to Bethany Bend within Milton.
b. CU-12-03 Harry’s Grocery/Whole Foods
Request for a conditional use in order to permit office and distribution uses at an existing grocery store located at 1180 Upper Hembree Road and legally described as being located in Land Lots 550, 503, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
c. CU-12-04 Healthy Massage
Consideration of a conditional use approval to permit massage at 875 North Main Street. The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1112, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
d. MP-12-05/CLUP-12-02/Z-12-01 Webb Bridge LLC MP Amendment/Tract C
Consideration of a request to amend the Webb Bridge Master Plan to allow “for rent” residential. A rezoning from O-I to R-10M is also requested to allow 300 “for rent” units and a change to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from “Office” to allow “High Density Residential” The property is approximately 30.18 acres in size and legally described as being located in Land Lots 1258, 1263, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
e. MP-12-04/CU-12-05 Northpoint MP Amendment/Pollo Tropical
Consideration of a conditional use and Master Plan amendment in order to permit a restaurant with drive thru on Haynes Bridge Road near the corner of North Point Drive. The property is legally described as being located in Land Lots 743, 754, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
f. PH-12-04 Unified Development Code – MU Zoning Amendment
Consideration of changes to the Mixed Use zoning designation within the Unified Development Code.
g. PH-12-02 Unified Development Code – Miscellaneous Changes
Consideration of changes to the Unified Development Code which includes downtown aesthetics such as sidewalk furniture, and signs.VII. Adjournment
