Consideration of a request for a front setback variance in order to reduce the required setback from 35’ to 18’ for the construction of a new home.  The subject site is located at 12450 Pindell Circle and legally described as being located in Land Lots 1173 & 1174, 2nd  District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

b. V-12-12 Express Oil Change
Consideration of a request for a variance from the Unified Development Code, Article II, Section 2.6.12 in order to allow two additional wall signs. The subject property is located at 830 North Main Street and legally described as being located in Land Lot 1111, 2nd  District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
