Consideration of a conditional use in order to permit a religious facility use at 390 Cumming Street, Suite B.  The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1193, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

B. MP-12-03/V-12-07 Brookside MP Amend / Tassa Caribbean Express
Consideration of a request to add a restaurant use and a parking variance request at 4005 Old Milton Parkway.  The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 83, 1st District, 1st Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

C. V-12-05 Strauss Residence
Consideration of a request for a side setback variance for a home addition.  The property is located at 12190 Charlotte Drive and legally described as being located in Land Lot 1244, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

D. MP-12-01/CLUP-12-01/V-12-02 Avalon
Request for a Master Plan amendment in order to allow changes to a previously approved site plan and to permit ‘for rent’ residential use, along with associated variances.  In addition an amendment to Comprehensive Plan Housing Policy 2 (ratio of ‘for sale’ to ‘for rent’ housing) is also requested.  The property is approximately 86 acres in size and located at the northwest corner of Old Milton Parkway and Georgia 400 and legally described as being located in Land Lots 802, 803, 854, and 855, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
