Consideration of a conditional use in order to permit spa services at 1080 Upper Hembree Road. The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 551, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

c. CU-12-03 Harry’s Grocery/Whole Foods                                  
Request for a conditional use in order to permit office and distribution uses at an existing grocery store located at 1180 Upper Hembree Road and legally described as being located in Land Lots 550, 503, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

d. MP-12-04/CU-12-05 Northpoint MP Amendment/Pollo Tropical
Consideration of a conditional use and Master Plan amendment in order to permit a restaurant with drive thru on Haynes Bridge Road near the corner of North Point Drive. The property is legally described as being located in Land Lots 743, 754, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
