New Business:

a. MP-12-08/CU-12-08 Windward MP Amend/Karate Atlanta
Consideration of a conditional use and master plan amendment in order to permit a commercial school offering karate classes at 1111 Alderman Drive. The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1047, 2nd District, 1st  Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

b. CU-12-09 Top Coat
Request for a conditional use in order to permit a nail salon with massage services at 5315 Windward Parkway, Suite C.  The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1120, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

c. Z-12-02/CLUP-12-03/V-12-16 QuikTrip/Office Development
Consideration of a change to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from “Office Professional” to “Commercial” on a portion of a 13.4 acre property located west of Morris Road. A request to rezone the property from R-10M to O-P and C-2 is requested in order to construct medical offices and a QuikTrip convenience/gas center. A variance to allow a landscape strip reduction as well as a variance to the 50’undisturbed buffer adjacent to residential property is requested. Applicant also requests a variance from the height limitation and a parking reduction as well as a variance to the Tree Ordinance in order to permit mass grading. The property is located at the northeast intersection of Old Milton Parkway and Georgia 400, west of Morris Road and is approximately 13.4 acres in size. The property is legally described as being located in Land Lot 855, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
