To the City Council and Citizens of Alpharetta: We are pleased to present our Annual Operating and Capital Budget (line-item budget detail) for Fiscal Year 2014 (the “Budget”) of the City of Alpharetta, Georgia. Our recommendations are based on direction provided at the City Council Retreat as well as a thorough review of our current financial status, revenue trends, economic data, and our standard of providing top level service while maintaining our focus on keeping Alpharetta an affordable option for our citizens and stakeholders.
