The most effective way for the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety to communicate to the public is through the Public Information Office. The Public Information Office serves as the “voice” and the liaison to the community. The Public Information Office coordinates all media relations and participates in all public relations. It is our goal to ensure the public is kept informed through television, radio, print and the Internet.
The Public Information Office works daily on building media relations to utilize the media’s readiness and professionalism for public information.
