QUESTION:	What happens if I can’t afford an attorney?
ANSWER:	If you face jail time, and you believe you cannot afford an attorney, you may apply for a court appointed attorney. You must complete an Indigent Defense Application and pay a $50 non-refundable application fee. If you qualify and your application is approved by the Judge, the court will provide you a court appointed attorney.
