ESTABLISHING NEW SERVICE

The City of Alpharetta provides trash, recyclables, yard waste, and bulky waste collection services to all of its residents through a contract with Republic Services, Inc.

To establish new residential sanitation services or terminate existing sanitation services, please complete the form below.

ISSUES WITH EXISTING SERVICE

If you do not receive residential waste or recycling service on your normally scheduled service day, please leave your carts at curbside through the next day.  When Republic experiences service delays, the standard operating procedure is for them to service those addresses the following day.

 
If service is not provided that next day, please notify the City by clicking on the “Report Trash Related Issues” link below.  When you send the resulting online form, it goes directly to a member of the City of Alpharetta staff as well as to Republic Services, and you will help us to more quickly resolve problems, track issues, and hold our vendor accountable.

SANITATION eBILLING OPT IN

Electronic billing (eBilling) is a method of sending sanitation bills electronically.  If you sign up to receive eBills, you will continue to receive paper statements.
