Alpharetta Road Resurfacing Work Continues

Released April 09, 2019 10:56 AM

Work continues on the City of Alpharetta’s annual road resurfacing projects, which are running somewhat behind schedule due to weather issues. In order for pavement materials to apply and set properly, temperatures must be at least 45 degrees and rising and conditions must be dry.

Paving is currently underway on Lantern Ridge Drive, and crews will then move to the following roads:

- Lambdin Lane

- Welwyn Walk

- Morning Mist Court

- Ebley Place

- Rheims Way

- Culworth Manor

- Hollymount Road

- Grey Abbey Drive

- Harrogate Way

- Waters Road Patching

A total of 53 roads and/or roadway sections are scheduled for resurfacing during FY2019. Since the contract for this year's resurfacing was awarded in October, resurfacing of 45 of those roads has been completed.
