Hydrangeas – How to Plant, Grow and Prune

Hydrangeas are one of the most popular shrubs in North Fulton where they flourish in many landscapes. They bloom in shades of blue, purple, pink and white. To keep them looking beautiful you need to know how the plant, grow and prune them correctly.  This class will answer your questions about these beautiful shrubs.  The Alpharetta workshop will be offered on April 1, 2020 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at the Alpharetta Public Works Department, 1790 Hembree Road in Alpharetta.

Topics will cover how to select the right ones for your landscape, how to plant them and how to maintain them.  There will be a hands-on demonstration on how to prune them to optimize blooming.

Alpharetta’s Natural Resources Commission and the City of Alpharetta are pleased to host opportunity. Pre-register on Eventbrite at  by March 31st.
