Consideration of a variance to allow for the tear down and construction of a single-family detached home on 0.70 acres in the Downtown. A variance is requested to Unified Development Code (UDC) Subsection 3.3.2(D) to reduce non-perennial stream buffer requirements. The property is located at 168 Canton Street and is legally described as being located in Land Lot 1252, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
