Z-18-13/V-18-21 Kimball Bridge School Adaptive Reuse

The property is located at 154 Kimball Bridge Road and is legally described as being located in Land Lots 800 and 801, 1st District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.

 


Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 4.44 acres from SU (Special Use) to O-I (Office-Institutional) to allow for the reuse of existing buildings and development of 210,000 square feet of office use, 10,000 square feet of freestanding retail use, 16,000 square feet Culinary School, 24,000 square feet of restaurant use and structured parking. Variances are requested to allow buildings within required landscape strips, to reduce front, side and rear building setbacks, to reduce the minimum lot size in the O-I district, to increase the maximum building coverage in the O-I district, to increase the maximum impervious area in the O-I district, and to reduce parking requirements by nearly 50%.
