The Court Services Department manages all court cases, records and payments involved in the Municipal courts.
Before coming to the Court, please review the rules and safety protocol documents so that you know what to expect and what will be required.
The Municipal Court hears and adjudicates cases involving possible violations of City Ordinances and certain state laws. The Municipal Judge shall maintain law and order in the City to resolve disputes and to comply with the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution and laws of the State of Georgia, and the Charter and Code of Ordinances of the City of Alpharetta.
