Procurement Opportunities

The links below allow you to access the City of Alpharetta's online systems dedicated to administering formal procurement solicitations (e.g. ITB - Invitation to Bid, RFP - Request for Proposals, RFI - Request for Information, RFQ - Request for Qualifications). 

The City incorporates vendor feedback into its process review and is ever mindful of the administrative costs that come with participating in governmental procurements. One component of our solicitation process that our vendors have asked us to update is the need for paper submissions (and all the associated costs, both staff time and supplies). As such, the City is in the process of moving to electronic submissions for its procurement solicitations.

Step 1 of this process is transitioning from our current procurement platform (eBid eXchange) to Bonfire (new platform) to facilitate electronic submissions in addition to many more improvements that are aimed at easing the governmental procurement process.

During the transition phase, we would ask that vendors interested in registering for future procurements ensure they are registered with both platforms. For vendors responding to a procurement already advertised, please register in the procurement platform noted in the advertisement.
