The City of Alpharetta is excited to announce an open call for proposals from experienced event management vendors interested in spearheading our largest, most high-profile event, the Taste of Alpharetta. With a celebrated history spanning over 31 years and annually drawing crowds of more than 45,000, Taste of Alpharetta brings together the community and visitors alike to celebrate culinary excellence and local flavors.
Anticipating the upcoming 2024 edition, the City of Alpharetta seeks an innovative and dedicated event management vendor to elevate the festival experience to new heights. This opportunity is a five-year engagement beginning with the May 9, 2024 event, with the selected event management company coordinating all aspects of the annual event's execution. This comprehensive scope entails financial planning, logistical coordination, strategic management, impactful marketing, adept sponsorship cultivation, sales and fulfillment, artist, and vendor liaison, as well as overseeing communication, supervision, and post-event evaluation.

The City of Alpharetta requires all proposals to be submitted by Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
